Qualifications

• Experience contributing to high-quality, high-volume recruiting plans.
• Knowledge of compensation/total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance, and organizational design.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and influencing senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic candidate attraction initiatives for US operations across sites.
• Lead a team responsible for launching new sites and ramp-ups.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with government, workforce agencies, and public sector organizations.
• Drive data-driven solutions to reduce cost-per-hire and improve candidate experience.
• Guide cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Public Policy, and Employee Relations.
• Manage risk identification and mitigation across diverse labor markets.
