Savant Wealth Management is seeking a Talent Advisor (HR Business Partner) to partner with leaders across the firm on people-related decisions. You will focus on employee relations, performance, growth, structure, and compliance while keeping a practical, business-focused perspective.

Based near Rockford, IL, this hybrid role emphasizes collaboration with business groups, coaching leaders, and translating goals into effective people solutions to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner and/or Generalist experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Able to navigate employee relations scenarios and explain the why behind decisions.
• Strong executive presence and ability to work with leaders at all levels.
• Balance employment law/compliance with empathy and pragmatism.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Translate business goals into practical people solutions and flag issues early.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations with honesty and tact.
• Support change, growth, and M&A activity with clarity and structure.
• Be a trusted, visible HR partner for employees.
