Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in account management or consultative recruiting as a primary contact.
• Minimum of 5 years in a candidate generation role with a proven hiring track record.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the single point of contact for Hiring Managers on requisitions.
• Evaluating and reprioritizing employment branding strategies.
• Using independent judgment to determine candidate eligibility from resumes and interviews.
• Building qualified candidate profiles and presenting slates for client deliverables.
• Protecting the candidate experience and fostering partnerships across boundaries.
