Job summary

Old Republic Commercial Risk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full life-cycle recruiting for the corporate office and regional needs. You will source, screen and interview candidates across insurance-related roles, advise management on compliance and compensation, and build strong pipelines.

Based in Blue Bell, PA, this role requires 2-3 days per week on site, collaboration with HR and management, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Three (3) or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate setting.
Experience using sourcing tools and databases; LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
SHRM-CP/PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
Experience using Applicant Tracking and HRIS systems; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Implement and administer a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
Source, screen and interview candidates for insurance-related positions.
Conduct pre-employment assessments and screenings; advise management on compliance.
Determine appropriate compensation using corporate guidelines; manage offers and onboarding.
Develop pipelines through research, networking and screening.
Establish relationships with colleges, universities and professional associations.
Provide sourcing support to team members and coaching to management.
Collaborate with management to understand staffing models and growth projections.
Promote Employee Referral Program and assist with temporary staffing needs.
Assist in non-recruitment HR topics as needed; regular presence in Blue Bell, PA.
