Old Republic Commercial Risk is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a hybrid role with regular in-office presence in Blue Bell, PA. You will lead full lifecycle recruitment, partner with management on job specs and compensation, and build pipelines across insurance and corporate functions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in HR and 3+ years’ experience, strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills, and knowledge of employment laws. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Three (3) or more years of full life-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate setting; insurance industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing searches of varying complexity.
• Experience using sourcing tools and databases; LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for multiple roles within the organization.
• Source, screen and interview candidates for diverse positions, including insurance-related roles and corporate functions.
• Conduct pre-employment assessments and advise on compliance and offer negotiations.
• Develop active and passive candidate pipelines and build relationships with colleges, universities and professional networks.
• Collaborate with management to clarify job specs, competencies, and staffing plans.
• Provide sourcing support and coaching to HR and management teams.
• Travel to Blue Bell, PA when needed and manage multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
• Promote internal career paths to improve retention and satisfaction.
