Job summary

Confluence is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the United States, ideally based in Pittsburgh with some in-office work. You will manage vacancies end to end, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and create clear hiring documentation.

You will own the candidate journey, build pipelines, and drive proactive talent sourcing while contributing to automation and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment processes end to end across multiple vacancies.
• Experience developing and adapting hiring strategies based on role requirements and market conditions.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, providing clear guidance, updates, and recommendations.
• Experience producing hiring documentation such as role summaries and job adverts.
• Experience coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and supporting hiring decisions.
• Comfortable using recruitment systems and tools, including ATS platforms.
• Able to manage workload independently while operating within a wider TA or HR function.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own vacancies end to end from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and define hiring approach.
• Progress vacancies, market roles, and assess candidates.
• Build talent pipelines and engage future candidates ahead of demand.
• Contribute to TA automation, tooling, and process improvements.
