Job summary

Confluence is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the United States, with a hybrid setup ideally based in Pittsburgh and some in-office work. You will manage vacancies end to end, shaping role requirements, and defining an approach for each position.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to ensure recruitment activity is organized, visible, and delivered to plan. You’ll proactively build talent pipelines, engage future candidates, and contribute to automation, tooling, and process

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment processes end to end across multiple vacancies.
• Experience developing and adapting hiring strategies based on role requirements and market conditions.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers, providing clear guidance, updates, and recommendations.
• Experience producing hiring documentation such as role summaries and job adverts.
• Experience coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and supporting hiring decisions.
• Comfortable using recruitment systems and tools, including ATS platforms.
• Able to manage workload independently while operating within a wider TA or HR function.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and progress vacancies, including how roles are marketed and how candidates are assessed.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact for hiring managers to keep activity organized and delivered to plan.
• Build talent pipelines and engage future candidates ahead of demand.
• Support initiatives across automation, tooling, and process improvement to enhance recruitment.
