Job summary

ConServe is seeking a Human Resources Recruiter to manage the day-to-day talent acquisition operations. This temporary role supports onboarding, recruitment, and HR administration with potential to become permanent.

You will handle sourcing, interviewing, offers, background checks, and compliance while partnering with management. Strong MS Office skills, teamwork, and travel willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• HR/Talent Acquisition background with knowledge of employment laws, sourcing, compensation, planning, employee relations, training.
• 3+ years in HR/Talent Acquisition or 5+ years broad HR experience.
• Ability to travel and represent ConServe at events.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Handle onboarding, policies knowledge, benefits, payroll, training and development, exit procedures.
• Create and maintain employee records in HRIS and generate reports.
