Job summary

The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our hiring strategy. The role is onsite at 1405 Shady Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15217, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, partner with managers, and ensure compliant, high-quality candidate selection to meet workforce needs. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition or recruiting, experience in healthcare/education/nonprofit preferred, and required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
• Experience in healthcare, education, nonprofit, or other regulated environments preferred.
• Clearances: Act 73 FBI, Act 34 Criminal Clearance, Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for approved requisitions, including sourcing and screening.
• Source candidates using diverse channels and outreach platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify requirements, interview expectations, and selection criteria.
