The role requires a 2- or 4-year degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in talent acquisition, with strong interviewing, sourcing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year college degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of talent acquisition and interviewing experience.
• Solid knowledge of recruitment programs and techniques.
• Experience in online/social media recruiting and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Consult with managers on position descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting.
• Develop networks to build a pipeline and promote the SSCHC brand.
• Recruit and conduct interviews, recommend final selections and close qualified applicants.
• Arrange reference and background checks.
• Post and update job postings across channels.
• Represent SSCHC at recruiting events and career fairs.
• Promote internal opportunities and communicate with managers.
