Job summary

Moorings Park in Naples, FL is seeking a dedicated Move Specialist for a temporary period. The role supports the Move-In Coordinator with residence readiness, move scheduling, documentation, vendor coordination, and day-of logistics to ensure smooth transitions for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required.
• During emergencies or natural disasters, may be required to remain on duty for the duration of the event.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of relevant hospitality, customer service, senior living, facilities or coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apartment turnover and move-in readiness inspections.
• Maintain standardized move readiness checklists and tracking tools.
• Coordinate internally with Facilities, Housekeeping, Dining, Security, IT, and other departments.
• Coordinate elevator reservations, deliveries, and vendor access.
• Track punch-list items and communicate status updates to the Move-In Coordinator.
• Support move-in day logistics and apartment preparation.
• Maintain move-in and move-out schedules and documentation.
• Assist with inventory management and administrative reporting.
• Prepare keys, access credentials, welcome materials, and move-in packets.
• Manage key pick-up, issuance, and accountability processes to ensure secure and timely resident access.
• Coordinate vendor scheduling, building access, and service activities in support of apartment readiness and resident move-ins.
• Assist with the resident welcome experience by greeting new residents with excellent customer service, providing move-in information, and supporting a smooth transition into the community.

Position Summary
