Challenge Manufacturing is seeking an Hourly Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions at our Kansas City, MO or Spartanburg, SC plants. This 1st Shift role partners with hiring managers to identify needs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and set new hires up for success.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions.
• Source qualified candidates through online channels.
• Partner with leaders on hiring needs and talent planning.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
• Assess candidates against job requirements and company goals.
• Maintain diverse recruiting sources to ensure candidate flow.
• Conduct reference/background checks and explain HR policies as needed.
