Job summary

RK Mechanical, Inc. in Henderson, CO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage a high-volume recruiting workflow, owning a targeted requisition load and building multiple talent pipelines across roles.

You will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership to identify talent risks and craft forward-looking hiring plans, moving searches with urgency in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or recruiting strategy.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting and multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong program and project management skills with experience leading hiring initiatives or campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Proven ability to proactively solve problems and drive results in ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of recruiting activity and own a targeted requisition load for critical roles.
• Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies, including events, campaigns, referrals, outreach, and grassroots efforts.
• Manage multiple searches and pipelines with urgency.
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers by providing recruiting insights and proposed solutions.
• Identify talent risks and pipeline gaps and develop actionable solutions.
• Maintain consistent communication and urgency throughout the hiring process.
