Job summary

RK Industries, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Henderson, Colorado to lead high-volume recruiting, manage targeted requisitions, and build proactive talent pipelines across functions.

You will partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leaders to design forward-looking hiring plans, deliver critical hires, and influence recruiting practices while maintaining urgency and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting, or recruiting strategy
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting and multiple requisitions
• Strong program and project management skills with experience leading initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority
• Proven ability to solve problems and drive results in ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience using recruiting data to inform decisions and build hiring strategies

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll manage a high volume of recruiting activity while combining recruiting expertise, strategic thinking, and proactive problem-solving to deliver critical hires and help improve how recruiting gets done across the organization.

This is a fast-paced role where you'll own a targeted requisition load, build multiple talent pipelines at once, and execute high-volume recruiting strategies across a variety of roles. Working closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership, you'll identify talent risks and pipeline gaps, create forward-looking hiring plans, and keep multiple searches moving with urgency.

What You'll Lead

• Manage a high volume of recruiting activity while owning and delivering against a targeted requisition load for critical roles
• Develop and execute multi-channel recruitment strategies, including hiring events, sourcing campaigns, referrals, targeted outreach, and grassroots recruiting efforts
• Manage multiple searches and candidate pipelines simultaneously while maintaining a strong sense of urgency
• Build and nurture proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers by providing recruiting insights, proposed solutions, and clear progress updates
• Identify talent risks, pipeline gaps, and capacity challenges and develop actionable solutions
• Maintain consistent communication and urgency throughout the hiring process to keep roles moving forward
• Use recruiting data and available tools to develop forward-looking 3-5 month hiring plans and establish consistent operating rhythms
• Coach and influence recruiters and cross-functional partners on effective recruiting practices
• Introduce creative recruiting strategies to successfully fill challenging and high-volume hiring needs
• Measure the impact of recruiting initiatives and use results to improve future strategies

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or recruiting strategy
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting and multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong program and project management skills with experience leading hiring initiatives or campaigns
• Demonstrated ability to influence and lead without direct authority
• Proven ability to proactively solve problems and drive results in ambiguous environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to confidently partner with and guide hiring managers
• Experience using recruiting tools and data to inform decisions and build hiring strategies
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Creative approach to sourcing, outreach, events, and talent engagement
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency
