Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Recruiter to research, develop, and implement effective recruiting strategies across the organization. The role will source candidates, pre-screen resumes, and assist in hiring decisions following established staffing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with ADP knowledge being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring processes.
• Experience with ADP a plus; strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and applicant-tracking software.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Drafts accurate job descriptions with management.
• Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods and strategies.
• Manages job postings and advertisement processes.
• Screen resumes and candidates; schedule interviews.
• Oversees interview materials and questions; supports offer process.
• Collaborates with HR during salary and start date decisions.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Represents the company at college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Develops new sourcing methods and provides recruiting analytics to leadership.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
