Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR rules, regulations, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support for recruitment, data analytics and talent acquisition strategies.
• Proactively source and engage qualified talent for open and hard-to-fill roles.
• Handle full-cycle recruitment: resume screening, pre-screening, candidate recommendations, interview questions.
• Serve as liaison between candidates, hiring managers and HR staffing units.
• Analyze recruitment and retention trends to develop efficient programs and services.
• Use workforce metrics to drive performance and report findings.
• Source applicant pools via community resources, colleges, and placement agencies.
• Participate in career fairs and hiring events; ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Draft and revise job postings; advise on screening and interview questions.
• Collaborate with HR teams to improve processes and service delivery.
• Participate in workgroups to improve recruitment-related activities.
• Provide administrative and project support to the Unit.
• Manage post-to-hire lifecycle in MassCareers.
