Job summary

Kastle Systems in Falls Church, VA, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to build pipelines for hourly and high-volume roles across field recruiting and installation projects.

You will partner with recruiters, design outreach campaigns, and manage candidate engagement through our CRM and iCIMS, using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced search tools to find and engage top candidates. A minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Experience in field/hours/installation recruiting preferred.
• In-house/corporate recruitment experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with ATS, especially iCIMS.
• Strong outreach and messaging skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters to design hiring strategies.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via social media, job boards, and events.
• Coordinate phone screens and candidate campaigns.
• Maintain CRM and communicate opportunities to past applicants.
• Brainstorm best practices for research and outreach.
