Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in Falls Church, VA, to lead sourcing and candidate engagement for a fast-growing property technology leader.

You will partner with recruiters to design hiring strategies, build pipelines, and manage campaigns across social media, databases, and networks. Strong experience with iCIMS and LinkedIn Recruiter is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience in Full-Cycle or Sourcing roles.
• Experience in field hourly, high-volume, or installation recruiting preferred.
• In-house/corporate recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong ATS familiarity; iCIMS experience is a plus.
• Proficient in advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, extensions, Seekout, Hiretual, Beamery).
• Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Ability to manage multiple searches with project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience sourcing for a fast-growing company is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Recruiters to design and execute hiring strategies and understand current and future needs.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies.
• Source and reach out to candidates through diverse resources (social media, CRM, job boards, etc).
• Orchestrate candidate campaigns, outreach, engagement, and phone screens as needed.
• Create compelling messaging highlighting Kastle's exciting challenges and culture.
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Maintain CRM in iCIMS and communicate with past applicants about new opportunities.
• Brainstorm with the sourcing team on best practices and techniques.
