Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter in Sacramento, CA. You will partner with Hiring Managers and HR to design and drive effective recruitment strategies while managing the full lifecycle of hiring across multiple levels and roles.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of related experience or a HS diploma with 5–7+ years in recruiting, plus strong communication and relationship-building skills. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

• Experience designing and driving recruitment strategies for multiple levels and roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills across HR and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with Hiring Managers and HR to design recruitment strategies.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting to support hiring needs.
• Partner with managers to understand needs and develop recruitment methodologies.
• Analyze recruiting metrics to assess effectiveness of activities.
• Maintain a customer-service approach while handling high-volume roles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
