Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a results-driven professional to lead strategic initiatives across the business, identifying opportunities, evaluating partnerships, and driving process improvements to accelerate growth.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience (or GED with 7–9+ years), willingness to travel up to 25% (three days per month), and a proven ability to turn data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience, or GED with 7 to 9+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop business opportunities, including potential partnerships, service expansions, and strategic initiatives, through feasibility assessments, business case development, cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and implementation planning
• Analyze, document, and optimize current business processes while collaborating with stakeholders to define future-state requirements and scalable operating models
• Leverage data and insights to design and implement process improvements, tools, and execution frameworks that drive operational efficiency, volume growth, stronger customer partnerships, and operational excellence
• Translate organizational priorities into actionable strategies, recommendations, and roadmaps, and communicate findings to senior leadership to support informed decision‑making
• Lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation and adoption by defining project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, success metrics, and governance routines
• Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, accountability, and process compliance throughout project lifecycles to ensure successful execution and sustainable results
• Travel up to 25%, at least three days per month in the trade/field
• Other duties as assigned
