Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of strategic and operational recruiting
• Partner with senior leadership to determine hiring needs and sourcing strategies
• Oversee daily operations of recruiting department and onboarding
• Manage executive recruitment and develop network of passive candidates
• Provide weekly status updates and KPIs to TA team and hiring managers
