Job summary

Cielo is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to deliver service excellence across the recruitment cycle and act as a brand ambassador for the client. This role focuses on providing proactive guidance and market-driven recommendations to hiring leaders.

Responsibilities include intake meetings, developing sourcing strategies, evaluating candidates, and maintaining ongoing communication to keep candidates engaged and informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma.
• Corporate, RPO, or agency recruiting experience.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positionspecifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strongcandidate slates while building talent pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the process with timely updates on theirprogress.
• Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
