Job summary

DYCOM Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Programs to lead recruitment strategy and a high-performing team.

You will oversee program management across 40+ operating companies, drive cross‑functional initiatives, and ensure alignment with business goals and workforce planning. You will collaborate with experts to shape a robust talent pipeline, including skilled trades, early career, and military programs, while advancing partnerships with external organizations and

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in talent program development with at least 4 in a leadership role.
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and leading large TA programs.
Experience using an ATS, with a strong preference for SAP/SuccessFactors.
Ability to travel domestically up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Oversee Talent Acquisition Program Management and operations.
Lead cross-functional projects to align departments and drive enterprise-wide initiatives.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate program requirements and impact.
