Ameriprise Financial is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Wealth Management Advisor Group (WMAG). You will partner with senior leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent across WMAG, the Ameriprise Franchise Group, and AFI Group.

This role requires a trusted advisor who influences hiring decisions and aligns recruiting with business goals. You will build relationships, deliver proactive talent solutions, and lead complex recruitment projects with a focus on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with recruiting strategy and implementation.
• Extensive knowledge of workforce planning, talent mapping, succession planning, and strategic talent advisory practices.
• Demonstrated consultative and proactive leadership style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coach senior leaders in selection.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex, leadership-level roles across WMAG.
• Develop and execute sourcing and talent-attraction strategies.
• Partner with senior/executive leaders to understand priorities and gaps.
• Utilize direct sourcing, networking, talent mapping, and pipelining to engage passive talent.
• Provide labor market insights and competitive intelligence to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Compensation, and business leaders on offers.
