Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and comprehensive recruitment exposure are required or advantageous

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen and refer applicants for Jefferson positions, utilizing knowledge of specific job requirements
• Responsible for conducting lawful employment interviews
• Establishes relationships with Jefferson department heads, supervisors, and personnel in other organizations, agencies, and educational institutions
• Reviews hiring criteria and prepares recruitment plans with hiring supervisors
• Gathers information needed to recruit and utilizes resources to identify qualified applicants
