Performs special projects as assigned.**Job Description**This is a temporary position that can be based out of either our **Allentown, PA** or **Center City Philadelphia, PA** office. Candidates will be assigned a primary work location based on their geographic proximity. * Recruits, screens and refers applicants for new or existing positions within Jefferson, utilizing knowledge of specific job requirements. Responsible for conducting lawful employment interviews. Establishes and maintains relationships with Jefferson department heads, supervisors, and personnel in other organizations, agencies, and educational institution.* Reviews hiring criteria and prepares recruitment plan with hiring supervisors, assuring that appropriate grade level is established. Gathers information needed to recruit, and utilizes creative resources to identify qualified applicants. Assures supervisors’ receipt of applications and Jefferson Service Standards as appropriate.* Negotiates salary offers with supervisors and compensation personnel and extends salary offers, including start date and orientation attendance.
