Responsibilities:

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for high-impact roles in non-tech functions.
• Proactively source candidates via multiple channels, focusing on quality and speed.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
• Conduct outreach and pre-screening to assess candidate fit and interest.
• Maintain accurate tracking in ATS and sourcing tools.
• Provide market intelligence and sourcing insights to inform recruiting strategies and stakeholder decisions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sourcing experience in high-volume recruiting (in-house or agency).
• Support 15+ requisitions simultaneously, partnering with regional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn and Boolean search.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to provide actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years sourcing or recruiting for Engineering or Trust & Safety roles, preferably in high-growth settings.
• Comfort working in global, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
