Piper Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit sales and service professionals across our fast-paced practices, including ZPS and Piper Companies. You will partner with the TA team and local offices to forecast hiring needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.

This in-office role is based in Tysons, VA, with campus events and field visits as needed. You will own full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer, while collaborating with operations leaders to deliver

Formación

• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting or a strong desire to learn this discipline.
• Ability to identify and engage with passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full lifecycle recruiting from candidate identification to onboarding.
• Deliver high-quality candidates for ZPS and Piper Companies in multiple local offices.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and TA team to forecast hiring needs and improve processes.
• Network through colleges, universities, and organizations to build candidate pipelines.
