Piper Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit sales and service professionals across our fast-paced practices, including ZPS and Piper Companies. You will partner with the TA team and local offices to forecast hiring needs and build a strong candidate pipeline.

This in-office role is based in Tysons, VA, with campus events and field visits as needed. You will own full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer, while collaborating with operations leaders to deliver

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruiting sales and recruiting professionals in support of Zachary Piper Solutions and Piper Companies. The TA Specialist will search for candidates across fast-paced & high-activity industries with a key focus on sales and customer service. The TA Specialist will collaborate internally with the Talent Acquisition Team and Local Branch Offices to define objectives and anticipate current as well as future hiring needs of the ZPS and Piper Companies practices. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will network through relevant colleges, universities, companies, and organizations to grow a pipeline of candidates to fuel office expansion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform full lifecycle recruiting in terms of candidate identification, interview planning, scheduling and preparation, feedback communication, compensation negotiations, and details surrounding onboarding
• Deliver high activity and qualified candidates supporting the ZPS and Piper Companies brands in local branch offices including Tysons, VA, Cary, NC, Columbia, MD, and Conshohocken, PA
• Work intimately with the operations leaders in the field offices and provide the highest quality of service, transparency, and contact
• Advanced sourcing and networking of passive and active jobseekers by utilizing the latest recruiting technologies and multiple referral channels
• Maintain external job postings, applicants, and network pipelines for open and future positions
• Document all activity and candidate notes in Target Recruit Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Perform Quarterly Business Review (QBR) roll up to Talent Acquisition
• Attend the annual all-company meeting and visit field offices as needed
• Travel required for campus recruiting events and/or career fairs

Qualifications and Skills:

• No prior experience required – we welcome all applicants who are interested in learning and growing in this role
• Demonstrated ability to be a top producer, customer-focused, and driven individual who takes initiative and is looking to grow in their career as well as contribute to a growing organization
• Comfortable dealing with internal business stakeholders and delivering critical feedback to peers and supervisors up to and including the C-Level Suite
• Ability to have direct conversations with potential candidates and practice sophisticated lockdown techniques
• Strong sense of self-motivation to achieve at the highest level and the ability to create a sense of urgency in others required
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills – both verbal and written
• Strong planning, time management,organizational skills, creative problem solver and team player
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Demonstrate belief in and practice of company Core Values (Focus on Service, Ownership, 360° Development, Passion for Success)

Compensation:

• ZP Group Talent Acquisition Compensation Plan
  • Base Salary of $60,000 + Quarterly Bonuses
  • LTIP Award and ZP Group President’s Club Incentive Trip earned with achievement of TA President’s Club
  • Cell Phone Allowance of $100/month
