Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA or remote in the US Eastern time zone seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to advise leaders and drive full-cycle recruiting, aligning priorities with business needs and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition and build diverse pipelines for technical and professional roles, leveraging ATS/CRM tools while delivering data-driven insights and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition.
• Experience building relationships with business leaders as a consultative partner.
• Expertise in sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Experience recruiting for diverse technical and professional roles, including offers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent across channels.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve processes.
• Foster a positive candidate experience through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards and other stakeholders on equitable hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate ATS data to ensure metrics, compliance and alignment with regulations.
