Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Cranberry Township, PA, seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Partner, APX to lead end-to-end talent strategy for the APX business. You will collaborate with APX leadership, HR Partners, and the Talent COE to identify capability needs and strengthen workforce planning.

You will report to the Vice President, Talent and operate in a hybrid setup. Responsibilities include succession management, leadership development, and governance with data-driven insights for leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years in leadership development, talent management, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience coaching senior executives.
• Experience driving talent strategies, succession management, and organization effectiveness.
• Experience supporting a business unit, P&L, or matrixed organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end talent strategy for the APX business.
• Collaborate with APX leadership, HR Partners, and Talent COE to identify capability needs.
• Guide leadership pipeline development and strengthen workforce planning.
• Lead succession management and leadership development initiatives.
• Provide dashboards, heat maps, and talent reports to APX leadership.
