• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with supply chain and project management expertise.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, and contract management within complex project environments.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional projects in a global, matrixed organization.
• Expertise in supplier relationship management, supplier strategies and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with procurement processes, contract negotiations, and purchase order management.
• Experience with ERP and sourcing platforms SAP, Ariba, e-Auction tools, Microsoft Project or similar systems.
• Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with project objectives, budget and delivery schedules.
• Lead procurement activities throughout the project lifecycle including risk mitigation and cost savings.
• Serve as primary commercial liaison between project teams, partners and suppliers.
• Manage full RFx process: supplier identification, NDA, bid evaluations, negotiations, sourcing recommendations.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms and conditions to meet project and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor procurement performance through regular reporting on budget vs actuals, progress, supplier performance and risks.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations; manage escalations and claims.
• Collaborate to evaluate supplier capabilities, market conditions and sourcing opportunities.
