• Organized and capable of managing multiple open positions.

• Own recruiting for Horizon roles across field, trades, service, sales, and leadership.
• Direct candidate outreach and use multiple recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Partner with department leaders to forecast talent and improve experience.
