Job summary

Metrea in the United States seeks an experienced in-house recruiter to deliver mission-critical hiring across US and European EM&C groups. You will partner with leaders to source, assess, and place top talent for cleared and non-cleared technical roles.

This role emphasizes strategic recruiting, strong understanding of security clearances, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple time zones, with focus on rapid, compliant hiring for national security programs.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting government contractors and national security organizations.
• Experience recruiting for positions requiring U.S. government security clearances.
• Recruiting across highly technical disciplines (software, hardware, FPGA, DSP, embedded, cyber, SIGINT, PM).
• Working knowledge of government security clearance levels and polygraph requirements.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of recruiting compliance and government contracting hiring requirements.
• Ability to influence leadership and manage up.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared technical positions from requisition intake to offer and close.
• Recruit extensively within government contracting, defense, aerospace, intelligence, and national security sectors.
• Source, identify, and engage candidates for engineering, software, hardware, RF, cyber, SIGINT, and technical PM roles.
• Develop targeted pipelines of cleared candidates with active government clearances.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using recruiting platforms, networks, referrals, and events.
• Maintain understanding of the cleared talent market and clearance requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to shape talent strategies.
