Job summary

Metrea, based in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced in-house recruiter to support our EM&C team in delivering high-quality hires for government contracts and national security roles.

You will partner with leaders across Metrea's US and European groups to build targeted pipelines, navigate complex clearance requirements, and influence senior stakeholders with thoughtful recommendations. Candidates with TS/SCI and polygraph familiarity are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for government contractors and national security roles.
• Experience recruiting for positions requiring U.S. government security clearances.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage up.
• Capable of handling multiple requisitions across time zones with fast pace.
• Knowledge of government hiring requirements and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared technical roles, from intake to close.
• Source and engage candidates in government, defense, aerospace, and intelligence sectors.
• Build pipelines for cleared candidates with active or recent clearances.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape talent strategies and provide clear recommendations.
• Maintain strong understanding of clearance levels, reciprocity, and adjudication needs.
