Job summary

Metrea seeks a talented Talent Acquisition partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across global Support Groups, delivering high-quality hiring at pace while upholding Metrea’s mission and values. You will own a broad portfolio of searches, from executive to specialist roles, working with senior leaders worldwide.

You will build proactive pipelines, consult with stakeholders using market knowledge, and champion Metrea’s employer brand to attract mission-aligned talent.

Qualifications

• Substantial in-house recruitment experience in a demanding environment.
• Ability to consult, influence, and earn senior stakeholder trust.
• Familiarity with diverse talent markets and trends.
• Proven track record building diverse pipelines.
• Experience coordinating multi-step processes across time zones.
• Strong judgement shaping recruitment approaches and processes.
• Experience with Greenhouse or similar ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across globally dispersed teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to shape talent strategies aligned with priorities.
• Source and nurture candidates, building pipelines with empathy and transparency.
• Consult with stakeholders to ensure optimal hiring decisions.
• Improve recruitment practices and candidate experience.
