Willbanks Metals, Inc. is seeking an organized, relationship-driven HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full hiring lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.

The role partners with department leaders and plant supervisors to understand staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a smooth, compliant start for new employees. The ideal candidate combines hands-on recruiting experience with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or full-cycle hiring.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or skilled-trades environments preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to hiring, including EEO, ADA, FLSA, I-9/E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to define staffing needs and create hiring timelines.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage coordination with hiring managers.
• Prepare offers and communicate terms within approved pay ranges.
• Facilitate onboarding and new-hire orientation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
