Job summary

The candidate will manage the full-cycle process for hourly manufacturing roles, maintain talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of recruitment experience or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a recruitment role from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Occasional evenings and weekends to support events.
• Experience influencing hiring managers and executives throughout recruiting.
• Strong candidate experience focus with negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 10% to manufacturing facilities to support hiring initiatives.
• Develop understanding of site operations and local labor market needs.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for production, trades, and professional roles.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing positions across sites.
• Support recruiting needs across multiple locations and adjust priorities.
• Coordinate interviews (phone, virtual, on-site) and hiring events.
• Maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process.
• Forecast hiring needs with site leadership and HR partners.
• Establish relationships with workforce development organizations and schools.
• Utilize recruiting data to evaluate trends and drive improvements.
