Job summary

SECU is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as a strategic recruiting advisor to multiple business units. You will partner with leaders to develop hiring strategies, deliver high-quality talent, and mentor junior team members.

The role is hybrid, with on-site collaboration as needed and at least one day in the office weekly. You will leverage full-cycle recruiting expertise, market insights, and sourcing strategies to attract top candidates and support Talent Acquisition

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, candidate assessment, selection practices, and employment-related requirements.
• Ability to consult with and influence leaders and hiring managers on recruiting strategies and talent decisions.
• Mentor and develop junior TA team members and share recruiting best practices.
• Interpret recruiting data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end and hybrid recruitment for multiple business functions.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and advise on talent decisions and strategies.
• Build relationships with TA, Finance, and other functions.
• Mentor and develop TA team members with coaching and feedback.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using recruiting technology and market data.
• Support TA initiatives and projects advancing organizational talent strategies.
