You will handle screening, interviews, offers, and background checks while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and social media channels for sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic recruiting advisor to hiring managers.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles.
• Source candidates through multiple channels and ensure a positive candidate experience.
