Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive end-to-end hiring and act as a strategic advisor to HR leaders.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence in the Baltimore area at least weekly, with responsibilities spanning pipeline development, sourcing strategy, and candidate experience. You will partner with compensation, legal, security, and talent ops on offers, start dates, and onboarding while ensuring EEO/OFCCP compliance and a high-quality candidate

Qualifications

• Must have full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience partnering with HR and hiring managers.
• Strong sourcing via social networks and job boards.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and competitive market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
• Partner with Compensation, Legal, Security, and Talent Ops on offers and onboarding.
• Develop data-driven hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill metrics.
• Advise on labor market, compensation trends, and location strategy.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP and maintain audit-ready documentation.
