Job summary

Northrop Grumman's Corporate Office in San Diego invites a Human Resources Manager 2 to collaborate with site functional teams and lead HR professionals across the organization. The role focuses on strategic leadership, people development, and creating value through data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment.

Selected candidate will partner with COEs, manage leadership development, and drive succession planning while aligning HR practices with business goals; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline with 8+ years progressive HR experience.
• Master's degree preferred; 6+ years progressive HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong business relationships with assigned client leadership teams and create effective partnerships across HR and COEs.
• Proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization and develop solutions in partnership with HR business partners, leaders, and COEs.
• Use data and analytics to develop solutions for current business issues.
• Provide business insight through data analysis, research and benchmarking.
• Recommend and implement winning practices in talent acquisition, assessment, development, compensation, organizational effectiveness, strategy, onboarding, change management and communications.
• Analyze and concisely present information to leaders and employees to enable good business decisions.
