The role focuses on agile recruitment, data-driven decision making, and partnerships with HR and leadership to deliver high-quality hires and an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting; or Master’s; or Associates with 4+ years.
• Experience with full life-cycle recruiting and sourcing across engineering, manufacturing, and other disciplines.
• Social media experience with extensive online networks.
• Experience partnering with HR and hiring managers with extensive business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary recruiting partner to hiring managers and HRBPs.
• Build data-driven hiring strategies and pipelines for technical roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment including posting, screening, interviews, and closing.
• Advise on labor market intelligence to inform headcount planning and requisition prioritization.
• Champion an exceptional candidate experience and drive timely decisions.
