• Experience in staffing firms and corporate environments preferred.
• Knowledge of local regulatory compliance and local employment law preferred.
• Technical recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onsite interviews by managing all logistics and ensuring a professional, seamless experience.
• Coordinate complex interview panels by aligning calendars, preparing participants, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Implement creative sourcing strategies and build robust talent pipelines across channels.
• Conduct intake discussions and manage recruitment for high-volume, less complex roles.
• Provide actionable market insights and negotiate competitive offers.
