Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic partner supporting Government, Defense, and IC programs. You will leverage extensive federal contracting knowledge to identify, engage, evaluate, and secure professionals for active programs and contract transitions.

The role requires a proactive recruiter who can manage competing priorities, sensitive information, and time-critical staffing requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in DoD/IC or government contracting.
• Experience recruiting for technical, professional, and cleared roles.
• Experience sourcing for positions requiring U.S. Government security clearances.
• Experience supporting proposal, capture, recompete staffing.
• Knowledge of SCA wage determinations and federal/state employment rules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for cleared and non-cleared positions.
• Create and manage requisitions in the ATS with accurate docs and pipeline development.
• Source qualified candidates through networks, boards, directories, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Build strategic pipelines of cleared technical, operational, intelligence, and professional talent.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, reference checks, and compensation discussions.
• Oversee onboarding activities, background checks, drug screening, and start dates.
• Extend offers within guidelines and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Protect candidate and company information in line with policies and regulations.
