Job summary

The Intrepid Group seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to support Government, Defense, and Intelligence Community programs. The role requires expertise in federal contracting, cleared talent markets, and proactive recruiting across DoD/IC and federal customers.

Responsibilities include building pipelines for cleared talent, managing ATS-based requisitions, and coordinating with program managers and vendors to ensure timely staffing in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for cleared and non-cleared positions.
• Create and manage requisitions within the ATS with accurate documentation and pipeline development.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through multiple channels and networks.
• Build and maintain strategic pipelines of cleared technical, operational, intelligence, and professional talent.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment activities.
