Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle staffing for DoD, IC, and federal programs in Florida. The role focuses on cleared and non-cleared positions, building pipelines, and coordinating with program leaders to meet time-critical staffing needs.

You will source through multiple channels, manage requisitions in the ATS, and guide candidates through screening, interviews, background checks, and onboarding with strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting for DoD/IC or government contractors.
• Experience recruiting for technical, professional, and/or cleared roles.
• Sourcing candidates for U.S. government security clearance roles (Top Secret+).
• Experience supporting CONUS and OCONUS government programs.
• Experience with proposal, capture, recompete, and contract transitions from a Talent Acquisition perspective.
• Knowledge of Federal contracting, Wage Determinations, and labor requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for cleared and non-cleared roles supporting the DoD, IC, Federal Government, and commercial customers.
• Create and manage requisitions in the ATS, ensuring documentation, disposition tracking, pipeline development, and compliance with processes.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels, including networks, databases, job boards, referrals, events, and more.
• Build and maintain strategic pipelines of cleared technical and professional talent to support staffing needs and growth.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements, including security clearance status and qualifications.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and pre-employment activities with confidentiality.
• Manage the candidate experience from engagement to onboarding and start date.
• Extend and negotiate offers and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors as needed.
• Support onboarding using electronic systems and ensure required documentation is completed on time.
• Provide high-level customer service to candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Capture and Proposal Managers to align staffing with RFPs, SOWs, and contracts.
• Support staffing for proposals, recompetes, and contracts across CONUS/OCONUS locations.
• Coordinate with Program Management and Operations to anticipate staffing needs and strategies.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation while protecting company information.
