Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support Government, Defense, and IC programs by leveraging federal contracting knowledge to identify, engage, evaluate, and secure cleared and non-cleared professionals for active programs and contract transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience in DoD/IC or government contracting.
• Experience recruiting for technical and cleared roles.
• Experience with U.S. government security clearances (Top Secret+).
• Experience supporting classified government programs in CONUS/OCONUS.
• Experience supporting proposal, capture, recompete, and transition from a TA perspective.
• Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill technical, intelligence, engineering, cybersecurity, logistics, or mission-support positions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies for cleared and non-cleared positions.
• Create and manage requisitions in ATS with documentation, pipeline development, and compliance.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, including networks, databases, job boards, social media, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strategic pipelines of cleared technical, operational, intelligence, and professional talent.
• Evaluate candidates based on experience, education, training, certifications, clearance status, and other qualifications.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, reference checks, and offers while maintaining confidentiality.
• Manage the candidate experience from engagement through onboarding and start date.
• Extend and negotiate formal offers with stakeholders and coordinate with vendors.
• Support onboarding through electronic systems and timely documentation.
• Deliver high-level customer service to stakeholders and develop trusted relationships.
• Partner with Capture and Proposal Managers to identify and recruit qualified personnel per RFP/contract requirements.
• Support proposal staffing with visibility into availability, qualifications, and clearance status.
• Collaborate with Program Management to anticipate staffing requirements for contract execution.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation, protecting sensitive information.
