OPENLANE, headquartered in Carmel, Indiana, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for specialized US roles. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and deliver data-driven recruiting strategies across multiple functions.

You will act as a brand ambassador, attract top talent through various channels, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and continuously optimize the candidate experience while aligning with our guiding principles

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a dynamic recruiting role with stakeholder influence.
• Experience recruiting across the United States.
• Strong computer skills including Google Workspace.
• Experience using Workday.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with motivation to inspire.
• Comfortable managing multiple changing priorities.
• Strong commitment to data accuracy and recruitment standards.
• Desire to learn business needs and success criteria.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment for US roles across functions.
• Be a brand ambassador and build candidate relationships.
• Provide market insights and compensation data to hiring managers.
• Support TA operations and special projects with leadership.
• Proactive sourcing to build pipelines for key positions.
• Maintain credible stakeholder communications and candidate experience.
