Job summary

Logan Health is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks two Talent Acquisition Partners to support growth across the organization. The role focuses on strategic recruiting, relationship-building with leaders and passive candidate engagement to fill hard-to-fill positions.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build strong pipelines, and contribute to candidate experience and recruitment marketing efforts. Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or communications.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruit simultaneously.
• Confidentiality and sound judgment in handling information.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and define recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offers and onboarding.
• Source active and passive candidates with proactive strategies.
• Develop pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill roles.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Consult leaders on market conditions, compensation considerations, and trends.
• Use data and metrics to evaluate results and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding, marketing and ops leaders for a seamless experience.
